The Huddersfield branch of the New Testament Church of God has been in existence since 1961.
Background
We moved into the current building on Great Northern Street (a former congregational Sunday School) in the early 1970’s, since then we have grown and developed into a vital focal point within the Huddersfield community.
We are engaged in various community projects such as: -

The NTCG is a Pentecostal organisation, we believe: -
· In the death & resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (John ch.3 v 16)
· In the leadership and inspiration of the Holy Spirit (John ch.14 v 26)

We are challenged by the great commission (Mark ch. 16v15) to: -
· Transform people into the likeness of Christ, to become complete and equipped leaders who will expand the Kingdom of God.
· Enable people from all walks of life to experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
· Nurture the church family through prayer, fasting, dynamic worship, teaching, discipleship, sterwardship and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
