HISTORY

Robert Raikes, the founder of the Sunday school movement, started Sunday School in Gloucester, England to provide academic learning for boys and girls who were forced to work in the factories at a time in their lives when they would normally be studying in school.  He began having classes for them on Sundays, the only day when they would not be working.

Systematic study of the Bible, Small group environment, Training leadership
Teaching and learning to produce Christian people who are biblical literate
Opportunities to have fun, make new friends and fellowship

CLASSES

Primary Class age:   4-8

Junior Class age:      9-11

Senior Class age:    12-17

Adult Class age:      17 onward

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations; baptising them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost; teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, lo, I am with you always,even unto the end of the world.  Amen.
